The Canadian Beauty Academy’s (TCBA) Lash Technician course is designed to include

  • Classic Lash Extensions
  • Volume (and Hybrid) Lash Extensions
  • Lash Lift and Tint

In summary, clients will be trained in all the three main areas mentioned above. The Lash Technician course is designed for you to either start a new business, or further your existing business.

Objectives:
  • Safety & Sanitation includes personal & public hygiene
  • Sterilization and disinfecting methods
  • Models on-site & at home
  • Marketing module – Beauty as a Business (BaaB)
  • Trouble-shooting & Fills
Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the Lash Technician course, you will receive 3 Certificates. At TCBA we train and certify you in lash extensions in partnership with London Lash Company and RefectoCil.

Duration : 10 half days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-8.30 pm)

PROGRAM CONTENT
CLASSIC LASH EXTENSIONS

COURSE ONLY:

The Classic Lash Extensions course is the foundation of any lash artist’s career, in which students will learn fundamental lashing techniques including:

  • Natural Lash Isolation
  • Creating Optimal Bonds
  • Workplace setup
  • Troubleshooting retention issues
  • Styling and more.

TCBA students will also receive a subscription to a marketing software to further build their lash business

Pre-requisites: None
Course Length: 4 half days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-8.30 pm)
Course Fee: $1,250.00 including kit and subscription to marketing software.

VOLUME AND HYBRID

COURSE ONLY:

This course is for those who are already proficient in classic lashing technique.

Certified students will gain invaluable experience, polished lash skills, and the confidence they need to further build their lash business. TCBA students will also receive a subscription to a marketing software to further build their lash business.

Pre-requisites: Classic Lash Extensions
Course Length: 4 half days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-8.30 pm)
Course Fee: $1,050.00 including kit and subscription to marketing software

LASH LIFT & TINT

COURSE ONLY:

This course is designed to fully prepare you to be able to safely and effectively perform Lash Lift and Tint services. Learn essential theories on safety and sanitation, product knowledge, and application techniques of effectively Lifting and Tinting Lashes. TCBA students will also receive a subscription to a marketing software to further build their lash business.

Pre-requisites: Classic Lash Extensions
Course Length: 2 half days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-8.30 pm)
Course Fee: $695.00 including kit and subscription to marketing software.

Eligibility

Canadian high school graduation or equivalent, or mature student status plus successful completion of entrance assessment and admissions interview.
